Since I am only one person, with two children, I need to make sure the requests for cookies stay at a manageable amount. I want to be able to continue to provide cookies to my friends, family and their friends and family. I would like my order requests to remain local.

How much notice do you need to complete an order?

I like at least one week’s notice. Longer is better if I need to purchase a cutter. For holidays, I recommend notifying me a month in advance, even if you aren’t sure of the design you would like. This way, I can “pencil” you in to reserve an order.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount per order?

The minimum order amount is 5. The maximum depends on my workload and type of cookie you would like.

How much do your cookies cost?

Prices begin at $.75, depending on the design and addition of decorative items or individual packaging of cookies.

Do you make cookies other than decorated sugar cookies?

No. Remember, I don’t like to bake! I bake cookies in order to decorate.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Most baking is done a week in advance. In the event you need to add cookies to your order, I will make every attempt to accommodate you, but with less than 7 days notice, this may not be possible.

When do you need the list of names for personalized cookies?

I do not at this time. I’m more than happy to refer you to other cookie decorators in the area for items I do not produce.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash and personal checks. Payment is accepted at time of delivery.

Do you deliver?

I will deliver anywhere in Raleigh. You are also welcome to pick up your orders.

Do you ship cookies?

The thought of packing up my precious cookies and entrusting them to any shipping company makes me queasy. I will be happy to deliver cookie gifts locally. In the future, when I can perfect my packing techniques, shipping may be an option.
